The European Commission will initiate legal action against four countries in the debate on opening up markets paris and poker on the Internet through the 27 countries comprising the European Union.
The four countries covered by the committee are: Denmark, Finland, Hungary and Sweden.
The case of Germany and the Netherlands are still in deliberation.
This step is the last warning before countries are brought before the European Court of Justice which can verbalize statements that will not change their laws to comply with European rules.

A member of the European Parliament Danish Anders Samuelsen, said that the reasons given by Denmark to keep its monopoly are not valid and that the European Commission will have no choice but to bring the case before the European Court of Justice , and that Denmark will lose its monopoly.
